From Stable to Wine Cellar...
In the year 2000 we decided
to begin producing our own wine.
We looked for a place on the farm and decided on an old building
dating back to 1938. In earlier years it served as stables and
ox pens. We restored the building and equipped it as a small
boutique wine cellar.
Personal Attention...Traditional methods...
The wine is made according
to traditional methods, thus
given as much personal attention as possible.
The maturation takes place in Frence and American oak barrels.
Our Wines
Our range consist of a Sauvignon
Blanc, an unwooded Chardonnay and a Red blend, made
up of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz which will also eventually include Merlot.
We call it
"Tresuva" which means "Three grapes" in Spanish.
Janéza
Sauvignon Blanc 2002
A delicately balanced wine with complex fresh, fruity
flavours. Pleasant grassy-greenish nose with a lingering
tropical fruit aftertaste. Most enjoyable with creamy
pasta, seafood and poultry dishes when served chilled.

Chardonnay 2002
An unwooded fine balanced wine with a combo of
peach-lime and citrus flavours. A thrilling fresh nose
leads to a full palate rich in flavours. Most enjoyable
with light meals, poultry and seafood dishes when
served chilled.
Janéza
Tresuva 2001
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. Through
careful oak maturation, the ripe berries, soft plums and
a hint of coffee shows the natural character and the
fullness of this elegant wine. Due to minimum
stabilisation and filtration a harmless sediment might
form, decant if necessary.
